Our Story
Pier 57 Development Company is a commercial and industrial real estate developer based in Fort Worth, Texas. We are a portfolio company of Junction Industries, a family-owned group of specialized industrial businesses spanning construction, fabrication, automation, real estate, and hospitality.
That heritage is at the heart of how we work. Pier 57 develops its own projects — acquiring the land, structuring the deal, and building and holding or selling the asset ourselves. We approach every project the way an owner does, because we are one.
From raw land through to a finished, leased, or sold asset, we originate and execute developments across Fort Worth and beyond.
