I picked up my boat yesterday and wanted to say how pleased I am.  Cigarette is a first class company and Alan did an outstanding job in keeping me informed of the progress of the work. I just wanted to say thanks again for everything yesterday (and the last few weeks)! If you get a chance to talk to the now previous owner of the boat, make sure you tell him I said thank you and that he couldn't have sold it to a bigger PowerQuest enthusiast. It has gone to good home and will be better cared for than 95% of the boats on the water. Also, I don't know who else to say this to, but the service tech that did our inspection yesterday was amazing. He was very patient with our questions and tolerant of our hovering over him. I can't say how much I appreciate that. So please, give him a shout out to the boss and thank him for us.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Greg Weber.  I understand he is the General Manager and with that comes great responsibility.  He did not earn GM without an outstanding performance. This performance has not changed!  Mr. Weber has been very patient with me through this entire experience and was more than helpful from the first email and phone call to the end. I didn't purchase a Two Hundred Thousand Dollar plus boat, yet was treated as if I did. I felt I was the only customer you have.I was in the retail business twenty five years with great success using the same theory "The Shogren Team" has. I just wanted to shoot you a quick email and give a couple of "atta boys" to a few people on your staff.  Greg, Alan (in service) and Ashley have all been very helpful with some issues I have had (nothing bad, just a few titling hang ups, coast guard documentation issues and some parts and service things)  All of them (especially Alan) have been very responsive and helpful.  I appreciate the fact that when I call and leave a message with someone there that I always get a return phone call.  This is not very common these days with most businesses.  When Ashley answers, she always asks how I am and how is the boat.  It's refreshing to experience the feeling that your staff actually "cares" about the customer.  They all know exactly who I am and what boat I have and it's nice to get that personal service.  My only regret is that you are so far away!!
